Boarding
Your pet stays overnight at a verified caregiver’s home. Priced per night.
House sitting
The caregiver stays at your home, so your pet never leaves its own environment.
Day visit
The caregiver visits your home during the day: food, water, litter and a short play.
Dog walking
A walk of a set length. The route is recorded with GPS and shared with you.
Daycare
Daytime care at the caregiver’s home, returned in the evening.
Travel companion

Who sets the prices?
The provider does. You post a request and each one bids with their own price. The price you see in a bid is the final price you pay.
What if I cancel?
More than 7 days before the service: full refund. Between 48 hours and 7 days: half. Less than 48 hours: none. If the provider cancels, you always get a full refund.
What if there is an emergency during the service?
The emergency button in the app opens a case and lists on-duty vets by distance. The pet’s health record is copied into the case as it was at that moment.
How long is my ID document kept?
ID and criminal record documents are deleted automatically 90 days after approval; only the verification result remains. The national ID number is never stored.
