Trust is not an accident

Applying is not enough. Every layer is approved separately, and anyone who fails stays out of search.

Verification layers

Criminal record and home tour are valid for 12 months; an expired profile is delisted automatically.

ID card and selfie are reviewed together. The national ID number is never stored — only an irreversible digest.

The e-Devlet document is verified through its barcode. Without approval the person stays out of search and cannot bid.

The home is filmed step by step with the in-app camera only. Photo locations are compared with the registered address within 150 metres.

Declared references are called by phone and the outcome is recorded.

A single uninterrupted recording. Questions appear on screen while recording; gallery uploads are rejected.

Required for pet taxi and travel companion. Expired licences are rejected.

Verification belongs to the person + role + service type, not to the account. The table below is for sitters.

Your address is not shared during the offer stage; in search your real location is shifted by up to 300 metres
Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and IBANs are masked automatically in messages
ID and criminal record documents are deleted 90 days after approval

Money is released 24 hours after the service ends. Opening a dispute stops the transfer.

Payment completes on the provider’s own page; we keep only the last four digits and the brand.

One tap opens a case. Your pet’s health record is copied into it as it was at that moment.

A booking cannot outlive its verification; a sitter whose approval expires cannot bid.

Common questions about verification.

Only the reviewing administrator. Every view is logged, and documents are deleted automatically 90 days after approval.

If your documents are complete, most reviews finish the same day. Reference calls can take a few days depending on when people answer.

A rejection always carries a reason; you see what was missing and can fix it and resubmit.

The app warns you 30 days before it expires. The new validity is calculated from the new approval date, not the old expiry.
